Paleo Tortilla with Creamy Avocado & White Bean

For Creamy Avocado & White Bean Paleo Tortillas you’ll need the following ingredients:
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp canola oil
2 tsp finely chopped paleo diet friendly chipotle chili in adobo sauce (see the Tips)
¼ tsp salt
2 cup shredded red cabbage
1 medium carrot, shredded
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
15-ounce boiled white beans
1 ripe avocado
2 Tbsp minced red onion
Directions
1.Thoroughly mix together in a medium bowl: oil, vinegar, paleo diet friendly chipotle chile, and salt.
2.Mix in carrot, cilantro and cabbage; toss to combine.
3.Mash avocado and beans in another bowl using a fork or potato masher. Stir in onion.
4.To get the wraps together, spread about 1/2 cup of the avocado-bean mixture onto a paleo tortilla then top with about 2/3 cup of the cabbage-carrot slaw. Roll up it all up. Repeat for three remaining paleo tortillas
5.You can serve the wraps cut in half if you’d like.
