Crunchy Shrimp and Veggie Salad Paleo Tortillas
Once in a while we all want a deli treat without putting too much effort in making it, so why not try a fresh variation on a seafood paleo tortilla? Full of antioxidants and minerals, shrimp is a valuable ingredient in many healthy paleo recipes, and here’s ours.

To prepare the filling for these exceptional paleo tortillas, you will need:
½ lb shrimp, cooked and peeled
3 cups red cabbage, carrots and celery sticks, sliced and mixed
2 Wrawp paleo tortillas of your choice
1 white onion, chopped
1 small head of lettuce
Directions:
- 1.Put the shrimp and veggie mix on lettuce leaves and wrap carefully with a paleo tortilla.
- 2.Toss with a few drops of olive oil and lemon juice for more fragrance. Enjoy!
You can also sprinkle the paleo tortillas with herbs of your liking – cilantro, parsley, or wild rocket. Think of itas a basic recipe you can modify endlessly to add a spicier or more tender twist to your favorite paleo tortillas, just make sure they hold together perfectly when cut in two.
