BBQ Chicken and Slaw Wrap
It's a very simple combination of the tender shredded chicken cover in a sweet and tangy bbq sauce and the crunchy cole slaw sounded like such an amazing flavour combination.
4 ounces sliced chicken (or turkey)
3 tablespoons barbeque sauce
1 cup broccoli slaw or shredded cabbage and carrots
1. Combine the meat and barbecue sauce in a bowl, and stir with a spoon to mix well.
2. Place one tortilla on a work surface and spread 1/2 cup of the meat mixture down the center.
3. Top with 1/2 cup of broccoli slaw or shredded cabbage and carrots and roll up into a tight cylinder.
4. Wrap in parchment or waxed paper, if desired.
5. Chill until you eat.
