Healthy morning breakfast wrap


Original WrawP or any of the savory WrawPs

1 cup walnuts

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

1/4 sweet onion

2 Dates

1 clove Garlic

1/2 cup of Water

Salt to taste

2 Carrot

1 Cucumber

3 cup of Spring Mix

1 Yellow Pepper


Paste: Process Walnuts, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Onion, Dates, Garlic, Water and Salt in food processor or blender. Blend it until it is a paste like consistency.

Spread the Paste on the Wrawp, place sliced carrot, yellow pepper, cucumber, spring mix inside and Wrap it up. Enjoy with the cup of fresh Orange juice.
