Nutritional Benefits:
zucchini: Contains zero fat, and is high in water and fiber. It also contains significant amounts of vitamins B6, riboflavin, folate, C, and K, and minerals, like potassium and manganese.
apple: free of fat, sodium and cholesterol. A medium-sized apple contains 4 grams of dietary fiber, which is 17% of the daily recommended value for Americans. Additionally, your skin benefits when you eat apples, thanks to a few B vitamins and also vitamin C.
flax seed: a good source of protein, fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, in addition to being a rich source of some vitamins and minerals.
spirulina: contains significant amounts of calcium, niacin, potassium, magnesium, B vitamins and iron. It also has essential amino acids (compounds that are the building blocks of proteins).

Note: WrawPs are dehydrated and not baked to preserve nutrients including vitamins and minerals. To soften the wrap, when you take out of package, simply add your favorite spreads. The texture will soften to perfection from the moisture from your spreads (hummus, etc).
